A Midsummer Night's Dream

On June 21st we see the Summer Solstice, where the sun reaches its summit in the sky.
From its high point in the heavens it looks down upon the population of our world.
Horology tells us of the importance of this astral event, that significant events are about to occur.

The script has been abridged to make it more child-friendly and accessible.  Reference has been made to the new Millennium, to make comparison with the old ways of life, and the future of humanity.

The Swineshead Village Children's Drama Group will perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream".  We will be performing at the Swineshead Village Church Hall, to celebrate this key event, at 7.00 p.m. on the following dates:

June 2000 - t.b.a.
Friday 23rd June 2000
Sunday 25th June 2000
